The Ignite Youth Empowerment Group is a transformative 4-day program
designed to empower local teens with essential life skills, leadership abilities,
and a strong sense of community responsibility. This unique seminar combines
mental health support, creative expression through drama, and community
engagement, aiming to develop well-rounded, confident young leaders.
Day 1-3:
The first three days of the seminar are structured to address mental health,
build confidence, and equip participants with key leadership skills. Sessions will
feature counselors and mental health specialists who will discuss anxiety
management, confidence-building techniques, and other mental health
challenges that youth often face. Additionally, drama classes will be included to
help participants develop self-confidence, public speaking skills, and effective
communication.
Day 4:
The final day will be Community Day, where participants will engage in a service
project to give back to their community. This component teaches youth the
value of civic responsibility, while also providing them with an opportunity to
apply their newfound skills in real-world settings.
